  • Maintain model accuracy through quality control reviews, data verification, and coordinated updates.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, modeling standards, file structures, and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, designers, and subcontractors to improve project coordination and execution.

What we're looking for
  • 2+ years of BIM modeling or coordination experience in a construction, engineering, or design environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with BIM platforms and coordination software.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and project workflows.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts through model-based coordination.
  • Skilled at translating technical information into clear, actionable guidance for diverse project stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, organized, and reliable project data.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and visualization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a passion for leveraging technology to improve construction outcomes.
