Job description

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be located in or near Juno Beach, FL, or be willing to relocate before the start date. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 1 2 years of professional experience in IT, software engineering, software development, automation, systems integration, or a related technical field.
  • Must be located in or near Juno Beach, FL, or be willing to relocate before the start date at their own expense.
  • Must be available to work onsite beginning on Day 1. Remote work, hybrid arrangements, and phased remote onboarding are not available.
  • Hands-on experience with, or a strong working knowledge of, AI coding assistants and developer tools such as Devin, Windsurf, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture, including experience building, configuring, integrating, or consuming MCP servers and clients.
  • Practical experience with secure tunneling and connectivity technologies, including ngrok, Cloudflare Tunnel, SSH tunneling, SSH port forwarding, or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including scripting, automation, API integration, and development of custom integration solutions.
  • Exposure to LLM adaptation or fine-tuning techniques, including LoRA, PEFT, prompt tuning, dataset preparation, model evaluation, or related approaches.
  • Working knowledge of Git and GitHub, including source control, branching, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows.
  • Foundational understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and services, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
  • Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, agentic workflows, or multi-agent systems.
  • Previous experience working in a client-facing, consulting, implementation, solutions engineering, or technical support role.
  • Experience rapidly developing and deploying prototypes or proof-of-concepts in fast-paced environments.
