Key Responsibilities/Skills

  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of construction projects using survey data.
  • Ensure models accurately represent the physical site conditions and project specifications.
  • Update models based on new survey data and project changes.
  • Work closely with surveyors & engineers to gather necessary project data and information.
  • Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including designers, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure models meet project needs.
  • Utilize industry-standard software for modeling, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).
  • Strong understanding of surveying techniques and data interpretation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and perform physical inspections.
