[Responsibilities] - Develop and document detailed designs for complex mechanical and electrical flight deck systems - Utilize model-based engineering tools and perform numerical analysis for system solutions - Generate and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD) and Specification Control Documents (SCD) - Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, regulatory agencies, software, and airline customers throughout the design lifecycle - Lead and document root cause analysis using Boeing Problem Solving Methodology (BPSM) to resolve technical issues - Support factory and flight line teams during assembly and operational troubleshooting - Contribute to system architecture, hardware/software integration, and interface specifications - Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure alignment with system requirements - Research and assess new technologies for integration into future designs [Required Skills and Experience] - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience - Proficient in PDM, CATIA, and ENOVIA - Solid understanding of ICD and SCD development [Preferred Skills] - Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering - Background in systems integration and product lifecycle support - Experience with System Safety Analysis (SSA), Flight Deck Design, and fault tree analysis (FTA) [Benefits] - Opportunity to work on industry-leading aerospace projects - Collaborative, growth-oriented work culture - Exposure to latest model-based design tools and processes - First shift schedule (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for work-life balance - Professional development and learning opportunities [How to Apply] Ready to elevate your engineering career?
