To thrive as a Model Assistant, you need strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the fashion or modeling industry, often supported by relevant coursework or experience. Familiarity with scheduling software, photo shoot logistics, and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is essential.
