Better Together Supports (BTS) is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide personalized care in clients’ homes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide client-centered care in home and community settings (e.g., ambulating, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating)
  • Support clients’ independence and personal goals using creativity and empathy
  • Collaborate with team members, clients, and families for effective care coordination
  • Identify and solve challenges proactively to ensure safety and quality care
  • Transport clients safely to community activities or appointments when applicable

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old; eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Compassion, patience, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and safely assist clients (lift up to 50 lbs, walk long periods, assist with mobility, respond to elopement)
  • Reliable transportation for roles involving client transportation
