Job description

Burrow Global is seeking to hire a MOC Field Project Engineer for a 6 month assignment with a chemical plant in Pasadena, TX . We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or project management, with at least 1 year of experience working in a refinery environment dealing with and managing MOC requests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing MOC requests to confirm they have been completed.
  • Verifying P&ID updates
  • Completing / verify data sheets,
  • Verify equipment specification sheets updates
  • Update documents, update engineering drawings
  • Gather remaining data to close out a project MOC folder.

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or project management, with at least 1 year of experience working in a refinery environment dealing with and managing MOC requests.

Skills required:

  • Ability to communicate and interact with other disciplines.
  • Proficient project coordination and management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret company policies, regulatory guidelines, and other work-related documentation.
