Job description

Our restaurant works fully as a team. We help each other out, with any and all tasks within the purview of the business. Successes and failures are shared by us all.
Duties:
  • Working in the kitchen, adhering to food safety measures and procedures.
  • Cooking any array of menu items, current and forthcoming.
  • Preparing items to be cooked.
  • Washing dishes and cleaning tasks will also be required, as everyone works cohesively as a team.
  • The role might include using a knife, operating heavy machinery, and working with hot kitchen equipment.
  • Other responsibilities include opening or closing tasks and cleaning the restaurant.

We require that you be able to do the following:
  • Lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Excellent physical mobility.
  • Work on your feet for 5 hours or more at a time.
  • Open availability to meet scheduling needs.
