Responsibilities
The Service Project Technician performs scheduled preventive repairs with specialized knowledge of maintenance on Venu+ products. As a Service Project Technician, you will need to be experienced in equipment maintenance/service, mechanically inclined and willing to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather.
  • Performs maintenance and preventive services for our mobility, locker, strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, arcade machines, and other allied equipment
  • Responsible cash collection and deposits
  • Diagnoses and maintains documentation, including maintenance inspection records
  • Troubleshoots/Clean equipment and makes recommendations to clients
  • Completes parts order as needed and prepares equipment, tools, materials for service work
  • Responsible for knowledge of interpreting manuals as required
  • Follow company policies/procedures and performs other duties as assigned
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrates a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Works independently with limited supervision
