Job description

The Amazon Leo team is on a mission to create a connected world that will usher in a new era of global productivity and prosperity. Through a constellation of satellites in low earth orbit, we're going to bring fast Internet to every individual, household, school, and business to empower everyone to collaborate, work, play, invent, and learn from any location, at any time, on any device.
Shape the future of global connectivity by leading product strategy for innovative mobility solutions that serve consumers, offshore energy operators, and enterprise partners. You'll own the complete product vision-from strategy through market launch-working directly with customers and technical teams to build differentiated services that solve real-world connectivity challenges at scale.
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end product strategy for mobility solutions across consumer, maritime, and B2B2X segments, including roadmap definition, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional execution with business development, network engineering, and operations teams
• Develop comprehensive product documentation including working backwards documents and business requirements documents that translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear engineering and product deliverables
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand connectivity requirements, validate product direction, and advocate for diverse customer needs during executive-level prioritization and planning sessions
• Drive data-informed decision making by defining appropriate performance metrics for different customer segments, analyzing product adoption patterns, and using insights to refine strategy and prioritization
• Collaborate with technical teams on architecture and technology decisions, contributing to engineering discussions and ensuring product strategy aligns with technical capabilities and constraints

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
A day in the life
As a Senior Product Manager for our mobility solutions, you'll spend your time bridging the gap between customer needs and technical innovation. You might start your morning reviewing customer feedback from our offshore energy partners, then transition into a working session with our engineering team to discuss architectural approaches for a new connectivity feature. Later, you could be crafting a business requirements document that translates complex market opportunities into clear product direction, or presenting your analysis to leadership on how different customer segments are adopting our services. You'll collaborate across business development, network engineering, and operations teams to navigate the unique challenges of serving multiple markets-from individual consumers to large-scale energy operations-each with distinct connectivity needs and business models.
About the team
We're building connectivity solutions that matter. Our team is focused on expanding how people and organizations stay connected, whether they're at home, on a vessel, or managing critical offshore infrastructure. We work across multiple customer segments and business models, which means we're solving complex problems that require both analytical rigor and creative thinking. You'll join a group of engineers, operators, and business leaders who are committed to understanding our customers deeply and translating those insights into products that deliver real value. Together, we're working to establish new standards for reliable, scalable connectivity across diverse markets and use cases.
