Job description

Overview CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Moblity Administrator III join the team in Quantico, VA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Exchange O365 and experience with Microsoft Intune.

The candidate will provide enterprise level support to a global architecture with over 14,000 users using Android and iPhone devices. Established in 2001, CommIT is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (CVOSB) providing innovative technical engineering and data science services. Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense's (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran's Affairs' (VA) telehealth communications.

We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development. Responsibilities Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to- Operates, troubleshoots, and modernizes the mobile device management services for the Government client. Must have an understanding of Microsoft best practice solutions in a production environment with enterprise security requirements in mind.

Must interact with system/network administrators, enterprise security, and government personnel. Installs, tests, validates, and maintains mobile operating system patches on both Android and iOS devices. * Troubleshoots iPhone and Android device activation and configuration issues, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for delegation.

Creates and modifies application groups, policies, application configurations, and user groups within Intune. Maintains DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) compliance for mobile devices to include Android and iOS. * Troubleshoots connectivity problems with mobile applications connections.

Validates compliance with DoD Restricted application guidance from DISA. Performs daily operations and validates mobility service health. * Recommends upgrade paths as applicable to include additional functionality rollouts.

Proactively manages systems to provide consistent service uptime for user base. Responds in support of after-hours outage resolution (shares with other Mobility admins). * Supports enterprise patching efforts as required.

Communicates with venders for supporting enterprise issues and future updates. Qualifications Required Experience, Certifications, and Education: DoD 8570 IAT III certification (CASP+ce, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP [or Associate], GCED, GCIH) Professional level certification, i.e. MCITP, MCSE or BlackBerry System Integration Professional 4+ years working with Microsoft Intune and other Mobile Device Managers 10+ years supporting DoD enterprise environments Preferred Skills: In-depth understanding of Windows infrastructure technologies, such as Group Policy Objects and how they affect/interact with Mobility Management Services (MMS) within the enterprise Comprehensive understanding of Networking in an enterprise and how the network affects/interacts with MMS within the enterprise Ability to interface with vendors and clients (internal and external) Ability to analyze situations and formulate recommendations to upper management Professional Level certification, i.e.

MCSA or MCSE Physical Demands and Work Environment: * General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable.

Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
