Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and non-Ford vehicles remotely
  • Travel to customer homes, workplaces, and other locations to complete service appointments
  • Handle many of the same repair and maintenance tasks performed in a traditional shop environment
  • Accurately diagnose and repair vehicle systems independently
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mobile work environment
Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Previous automotive technician experience required
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills on Ford vehicles and other makes/models
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working outdoors in South Carolina weather
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, motivated, and organized
  • Comfortable with frequent local travel and commuting throughout the workday
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening prior to employment.
