Responsibilities include managing team productivity, assisting with ESG data collection, supporting reporting efforts, and engaging with cross-functional partners. The ESG Reporting Coordinator will report to Ingram Micro's Director, Global ESG.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sustainable Impact Project Manager by driving execution of project plans, assisting in project governance, and coordinating internal effort for projects such as the annual Sustainable Impact report, UN Global Compact Communication on Progress, and the company's annual EcoVadis questionnaire response.

  • Prepare meeting materials, action logs, and status trackers to support effective delivery.

  • 0-1 years of experience in an ESG-related role in an in-house, consulting, corporate communications, public relations, or public sector capacity.

  • Ability to understand and work within complex organizational structures.

  • Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team to achieve objectives.

  • Excellent communications, organizational, and project management skills.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $40,300.00 - $60,500.00 per year.

Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance. U.S.-based employees have access to healthcare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
