1. Experience in Struts and Spring framework


2. Frontend development skills (HTML5/CSS3/JQuery/Other Web Frameworks) and


3. Batch programming including file handling, service based, queue based process


4. Relational database experience with Oracle preferred.


5. A background in large scale transaction processing and financial management systems.


6. Demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-task.


7. Good oral and written communications skills in both technical and client facing situations.


8. Must be a team player, receptive to new ideas and concepts and willing to embrace them when final determinations are made.
