Position Summary
The Completion Put-Away Associate is responsible for collecting completed work orders and completed goods from designated production and work center areas and moving them into warehouse inventory Corporation’s West Campus. This role supports inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse organization by ensuring completed units are properly identified, scanned, transacted into inventory, and moved to the correct warehouse or completed rack location. This draft is aligned to the completed robot / completed goods workflow in WI00646- LOGS--Put-Away-Robots, which requires locating completed units ready for put-away, confirming readiness indicators, scanning the F# and warehouse locator, completing the Oracle transaction, and recording the location on FR00805.

Essential Responsibilities
• Collect completed work orders and completed goods from assigned work center and staging areas and move them to the appropriate warehouse inventory location or completed rack. This aligns with the documented process for completed units in work centers and completed robot flow.
• Identify completed units that are ready for put-away once they have been cleared for movement, including review of routing/tag status and other release indicators described in WI00646-LOGS--Put-Away-Robots.
• Verify that completed materials are properly prepared prior to put-away, including confirmation that robot/controller/accessories are banded according to PS-0010 and that required RFID/tagging is present before movement to inventory.
• Locate an appropriate warehouse storage position based on size, weight, and stocking requirements, consistent with LSS-0001 warehouse racking guidance referenced in the workflow.
• Use handheld scanning equipment to scan the F# and the destination locator barcode for every put-away transaction. The instruction states that every shelf barcode must always be scanned.
• Complete inventory transactions in Oracle Mobile / warehouse system to move finished units into the correct warehouse sub-inventory and locator. For completed units from Work Center 120 and 130, the documented process includes completion of Oracle transactions and movement to designated completed locations.
• Record the put-away location and transaction details on FR00805 so Inventory Control can verify that Oracle transactions were completed successfully.
• Monitor for rejected inventory transactions by checking email twice daily and escalating failed transactions to the supervisor and Inventory Control in accordance with the documented process.
• Maintain safe, organized, and accurate material movement practices within the warehouse and work center areas to support inventory integrity and operational flow. This safety/organization wording is a standard job-description recommendation based on the warehouse nature of the role and your request; it is not directly quoted from the attachment.
• Support cross-functional communication with Inventory Control, Production, and warehouse personnel to ensure completed goods are moved accurately and on time. This is standard draft language added for job-posting completeness and is not explicitly stated in the attachment.

Based on that workflow, this role should place strong emphasis on:
• collecting completed goods once released for put-away,
• moving completed goods to warehouse inventory accurately,
• completing ERP transactions promptly and correctly,
