Mobile Service Tire Technician (PRO)

Tires Today – Hawai‘i
Full-Time | Mobile + Warehouse

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform mobile tire installations (commercial, OTR, forklift)
  • Respond to roadside emergency calls and restore fleet uptime fast and safely
  • Mount/dismount tires, set proper torque & inflation
  • Safely assess roadside hazards and deploy cones, triangles, and PPE
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
  • Maintain service truck, tools, and inventory
  • Complete digital work orders, photos, and customer signatures
  • Follow all safety procedures and attend monthly safety meetings
  • Support warehouse work and mentor apprentices when needed
REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years proven mobile commercial tire experience

    • (11R22.5, 385/65R22.5 & OTR preferred)
  • Strong mechanical problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and operate hydraulic jacks & torque tools
  • Not mandatory to work night/weekend on-call rotation

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Team-first mindset and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
SCHEDULE

  • 40 hours per week

  • Mix of field work and warehouse support

  • On-call rotation required
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

  • Roadside response time: < 45 minutes

  • First-time fix rate: 95%+

  • Safety: Zero wheel-off incidents
