Job description

Overview

Max Auto Glass is the auto glass division of the Sun Auto Tire and Car Care Center's family of automotive brands. We have been in business for over 10 years in Tucson and have recently expanded to Phoenix. We are a full service and fully mobile auto glass company whose focus is on providing safe auto glass installation while exceeding our customer's expectations from a service standpoint.

COMPENSATION: $19-$22/ hour plus commission

Duties and Responsibilities:

No two days are the same in this position. Daily duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the follow:

 General Customer Service

 Processing Insurance Claims for Clients

 Providing cash quotes for potential clients

 Invoicing - Inventory - and Auditing

 Sourcing and ordering auto glass parts

 Scheduling clients

 Dispatching jobs to install team

 Managing payments received on open invoices

 Assists in administrative functions at the office

Requirements:

Must be an experienced customer service representative who has previous experience with data entry. The ideal candidate must be smart, happy, honest, polite, presentable, respectful, motivated, and high energy. Must have excellent communication and documentation skills. The candidate must be a master at multi-tasking. Being computer proficient with excellent typing and 10 key skills is required. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Able to deal with problems involving several concrete or fluid variables. Ability to advocate for the customer and the store, where appropriate.  There is no need to have previous experience in the Auto Glass Industry, though it's really cool if you do. We will train the right person!
