What is a Patient Advocate Coach?

Our Patient Advocate Coaches work side-by-side with our audiologists and help support patients throughout their hearing healthcare journey.

A Hybrid + Mobile Position

This is not a work-from-home hybrid position.

Our PAC will primarily support:

Schedule

This is a part-time position, approximately 3 days per week.

We're looking for someone who has enough flexibility to work at different clinic and community locations depending on the patient schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

$22–$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Benefits include:

Healthcare benefits after a 90-day probationary period

Eligible mileage/travel reimbursement

Hands-on training and mentorship

Direct experience working alongside audiologists

Meaningful face-to-face patient interaction

Opportunities for professional growth and upward mobility within Salomon Audiology

Dependable, punctual, and organized

Comfortable learning new technology

Able to take initiative while also working as part of a team

Comfortable driving between multiple work locations

Interested in healthcare and eager to learn
