Job description

Seeking an in-house Part-Time Document Clerk to join our clerical department in our Teaneck, NJ office and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice.

Excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated person with a passion for law, especially civil litigation. The role has potential for career growth within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Primarily filing, scanning and clerical support
    • Qualifications
  • Must be able to work at least 25 hours a week
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Fluent in MS Office suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Korean, a plus
  • Driver’s license with reliable transportation a must
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Friendly disposition, with a sense of humor

    • Hours: Monday through Friday - 9 am to 2 pm or 12 pm to 5 pm
