Paradigm Paradigm Information Services is an established staffing company that has been connecting talented people with great opportunities for more than 25 years. We work with clients across a variety of industries and positions, giving our recruiting team the opportunity to work on interesting and sometimes challenging searches. We are also a relatively small company, and we think that creates an opportunity that can be difficult to find in a larger organization. Good ideas get heard, individual contributions are visible, and people who demonstrate ability and initiative can take on greater responsibility. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than fill a narrowly defined position. We want someone who will become part of our team, help us improve the way we recruit, and grow professionally while helping Paradigm grow.
