What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostic X-rays with portable digital or computed radiography equipment in healthcare settings
- Ensure high-quality, clinically diagnostic images for physician interpretation
- Unload and transport portable X-ray equipment into various facilities and perform exams as ordered
- Maintain and troubleshoot X-ray and related equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and management regarding workflow and technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of exams and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
- Support facility-specific protocols and procedures during mobile radiography procedures
What You Need
- Valid ARRT Certification and North Carolina State Licensure
- Minimum 2 years of radiologic technology experience
- Proficiency with portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) radiography systems
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care procedures
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in interacting with healthcare teams and patients
