Job description

The unique role of Project Manager Level II provides the potential candidate an opportunity to lead three key types of project initiatives within Vox Mobile. Project initiatives will be in the following areas: Client Managed Services & Professional Services Deployments, Internal IT & Operations as well as Custom Application Development. Collaboratively working with the Client Experience Management Team to develop best practices and key tools for client deployments and also working with the Sales Team to ensure Vox Mobile's capabilities are accurately reflected in proposed Statements of Work will be a large part of the Project Manager's position.

The potential candidate should also have a respectable amount of work related experience (internal or external) within a technology based environment as Vox Mobile is a fast growing leader within the technology industry. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Application Development and/or the V.P. of Operations on a regular basis

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: All aspects of the project including initiation, planning, execution, control & closing An Understanding Vox Mobile's full offering suite in a client environment & full comprehension of the project scope & objectives. Selection, assembly & role identification of team and team members while identifying the appropriate resources needed. Ensure timely completion of project with the development of an organized schedule.

Knowledge of each team member's role function in order to effectively coordinate activities. Knowledge, Skills & Requirements: 4 year degree in related field or academic training of equivalent Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager in a 25+ employee environment Background within the industry of technology & ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of technology Experience & ability to work within Microsoft Project & Microsoft Visio as well as ability to learn quickly key systems within Company. Excellent organization skills with the ability to drive departmental project objectives through to completion, and motivate others accordingly.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with others internal and external to the Company, which includes but is not limited to senior and middle management levels.
