Job description

Northtowne Lincoln is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to support our growing service operation. This role is ideal for an automotive service technician who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and performing maintenance and light repair work outside the traditional shop environment.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll travel in a company-provided service vehicle to customer homes and workplaces to complete routine maintenance, recalls, and basic repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mobile automotive maintenance and light repairs per repair orders

  • Travel to customer locations using a dealership-provided mobile service vehicle

  • Deliver a professional, customer-first service experience

  • Prepare daily schedules and manage appointments efficiently

  • Communicate clearly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors

  • Accurately document all work completed in the dealership system
