What are mobile patrol officers?

Mobile patrol officers are security professionals who monitor and protect properties by patrolling designated areas in vehicles or on foot. Unlike stationary security guards, they cover multiple sites or larger areas, responding to alarms, checking for suspicious activity, and ensuring that all security protocols are being followed. Their duties often include conducting regular inspections, reporting incidents, and providing a visible security presence to deter criminal activity. Mobile patrols are commonly used for businesses, residential communities, and construction sites that require flexible and responsive security coverage.
