This person will lead the daily movement of the schedule, technicians, trucks, clients and revenue while also helping create the partnerships and recurring relationships that keep the division growing. TEAM EXECUTION AND DEVELOPMENT • Set clear daily expectations for Assigned Techs. • Inspect completed work and uphold TFATS service and presentation standards. • Step in, demonstrate the correct process and explain the difference between acceptable and exceptional work. • Coach technicians on quality, efficiency, client communication, documentation and accountability. • Conduct documented performance conversations and follow through on required improvements. • Help recruit, assess, onboard and develop additional technicians as the division grows. • Prepare technicians to operate independently without constant rescue from management or ownership. • Audit technician documentation compliance, coach recurring deficiencies and prevent incomplete jobs from being administratively closed. TRUCK AND FLEET READINESS • Keep every active truck clean, stocked, organized and ready to produce revenue. • Monitor equipment condition, chemical inventory and required supplies. • Maintain visibility over service dates, maintenance needs, vehicle registration, insurance documents and operating requirements. • Identify truck or equipment problems early and coordinate corrective action. • Ensure each truck represents the TFATS brand professionally when it arrives at a client, property or partner location.
