Premier Service is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and support our landscape and snow operations teams. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency across multiple crews. If you are a hands-on leader with strong landscaping knowledge and a passion for building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview
The Field Operations Manager oversees daily field operations to ensure crews deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction. This role partners closely with the Branch Manager and Client Account Managers to manage labor, enforce safety standards, coordinate scheduling, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Leadership & Operations
  • Build, train, and manage field crews during green and snow seasons
  • Coordinate daily crew dispatch, schedules, and job assignments
  • Ensure crews are properly equipped with materials and equipment

Client Relations
  • Communicate with clients to understand and meet service expectations
  • Partner with Account Managers to resolve service requests and concerns

Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce company safety standards and conduct weekly safety meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements

Workforce & Administrative Management
  • Review and approve crew timesheets to meet payroll deadlines
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing landscape or field service crews
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture
  • Experience in snow operations is a plus
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid Driver's License required (must meet insurability guidelines)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including seasonal weekend availability

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk job sites and work outdoors regularly
