Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst
Location: Wilmington, DE, Fairfax, VA, Washington, DC, Silver Spring, MD, Philadelphia, PA

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with experience in DoD/Government environments to gather business and technical requirements, support enterprise network infrastructure projects, and work with stakeholders to deliver secure technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirements management, systems engineering, classified environments, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities
•    Gather and document business and technical requirements. 
•    Work with government stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams. 
•    Create requirements documentation and traceability matrices (RTM). 
•    Support network infrastructure, cloud, and security projects. 
•    Develop process flows and technical documentation. 
•    Support RMF, ATO, DISA STIG, and compliance activities. 
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. 

Required Skills
•    7+ years of Technical Business Analyst or Systems Engineering experience. 
•    Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation. 
•    Enterprise Networking, LAN/WAN, and Network Infrastructure. 
•    DoD RMF, ATO, DISA STIG, and Configuration Management. 
•    SDN, Zero Trust, Hybrid Cloud, and Cloud Integration. 
•    BPMN, DoDAF, and RTM. 
•    Excellent stakeholder communication skills. 
•    Bachelor's degree in a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience supporting DARPA, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs. 
•    Knowledge of Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), CSfC, and Zero Trust. 
•    Certifications such as Security+, CCNA, Network+, CBAP, or PMI-PBA.
