A Day in the Life

In this role, you will play an important part in the success of our construction team. You will help oversee projects across multiple job sites and lead crews through a variety of tasks, including plumbing, flooring, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting work. You may also provide hands-on guidance and training to apprentices and other team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills
  • 4+ years of general construction experience in a lead or supervisory role
