We’re looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help us connect with beauty business owners and introduce them to our services.

• 100% Remote
• Commission Only
• Flexible Schedule
• No experience required (sales experience is a plus)
• Work from anywhere
• Unlimited earning potential

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position. You choose when and how much you work. Your income is based entirely on the sales you generate.

Every time one of your referrals purchases a package, you’ll earn:

Website Refresh Starter ($299)

• Earn $100 per sale

Booking Website Package ($499)

• Earn $200 per sale

Beauty Growth Package ($699)

• Earn $300 per sale

There is no limit to how much you can earn.

Monthly Bonuses

In addition to your commissions:

• 5 sales in one month: +$100 bonus
• 10 sales in one month: +$300 bonus
• Top Sales Partner of the Month: Additional cash bonus and recognition inside our team

As Universe Creative Studio grows, there will also be opportunities for leadership roles and higher commission tiers.

What You’ll Do:

• Reach out to beauty businesses by phone, email, text, or social media
• Introduce business owners to Universe Creative Studio
• Build relationships with potential clients
• Share our website preview or portfolio
• Guide interested clients to purchase through our secure checkout
• Keep track of your outreach and sales

You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own.

We’ll provide:

• Professional sales training
• Proven call, text, DM, and email scripts
• Sales handbook
• Lead generation training
• Website portfolio and mockups
• Ongoing support through our private Discord community
• Marketing materials and resources
