Are you a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician ready to commit to a full-time lash career with real room to grow? The Lash Lounge at Arizona Center in Phoenix is now hiring full-time Lash Stylist.
The Lash Lounge is the nation's most luxurious salon brand for lash and brow treatments. We offer a full menu of services including eyelash extension full sets and refills, lash lifts, threading, and more. Our guests come to feel taken care of and they leave with confidence. You make that happen.
You will be working under the direct leadership of a licensed esthetician and multi-location beauty business owner. We operate multiple Lash Lounge locations and hold our team to a high professional standard across all of them. We are looking for stylists who genuinely take pride in that not just in their technical work, but in how they show up every single day.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
This is not a flat role. We have three stylist levels with corresponding pay increases as you advance. Exceptional performers who demonstrate mastery and professionalism have the opportunity to earn a Lash Stylist Trainer designation completing formal training through The Lash Lounge and becoming qualified to onboard and train new stylists across our locations. This is a rare opportunity to grow beyond the chair and into a leadership role within our organization.

SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position. Saturday availability is required we are closed Sundays. Shifts are structured as follows:
AM shift: 8:00am - 2:00pm
PM shift: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 6:00pm (1-hour break included)
This is a high-volume, appointment-based environment.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Active Arizona cosmetology or esthetics license
Full-time commitment this is not a side job and outside lash work or independent clients are not permitted during employment
Saturday availability, every week
Professional appearance maintained at all times you represent the brand
Retail sales is a required part of this role, not optional
Reliability is non-negotiable excessive call-offs are not tolerated and are grounds for termination
Punctual, accountable, and able to work independently within a structured system
Positive attitude and genuine care for the guest experience
Comfort educating guests on services and product recommendations
A team player who respects brand standards and salon policies
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
All stylists are hired under a minimum 1-year employment agreement.
All employees are required to sign a non-solicitation agreement as a condition of employment. This means that guest relationships belong to The Lash Lounge not to individual stylists. Soliciting, redirecting, or communicating with salon guests for personal or outside business purposes during or after employment is a serious violation and will be pursued legally. If this is not something you can commit to fully, this is not the right opportunity for you.
