Job description

Job Description: Join our close-knit team as a Lash Artist and play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' natural beauty. As a family business, we believe in providing more than just services; we create lasting relationships and unforgettable experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their lash preferences and goals..

  • Maintaining meticulous hygiene standards and ensuring a clean, inviting workspace.

  • Educating clients on lash extension aftercare to promote long-lasting results.

  • Recommending additional services and products to meet clients' beauty needs.

Requirements:

  • ***MUST HAVE FLORIDA FACIAL SPECIALIST or FULL SPECIALIST***

  • Previous experience is a must..

  • Proficiency in various lash extension techniques, including classic and volume.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for enhancing natural beauty.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.

  • Social media and self-promotion skills.
