Labcorp is seeking a Medical Affairs Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, IN!
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift
Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates and organizes the laboratory data for efficient review by the Multiple Myeloma interpretation team.
  • Confirms and retrieves patient historical data, as applicable.
  • Provides administrative support which may include running extracts, managing spreadsheets, filing, and completing data entry of laboratory data.
  • Utilizes laboratory and historical patient data to evaluate and interpret global laboratory data specific to Multiple Myeloma testing: SPEP, SIFE, UPEP, and SIFE.
  • Prepares final interpretation to be reviewed by a pathologist, when required
  • Prepares final interpretation data to be provided to originating testing site for reporting.
  • Saves final interpretation data in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Supports the daily, weekly and monthly reports generated by the NTF team.
  • Assists with NTF meeting minutes from NTF triage calls.
  • Supports data entry into Salesforce.
  • Supports pathologists with data collection or investigation of issues.
  • Supports internal teams by reviewing and responding to email inquiries.
  • May be asked to provide coverage for team administrative and project assistants.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or a Life Science
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 months or more of laboratory experience
• Previous work in office environment
• Exposure to, or knowledge of, Multiple Myeloma
Additional Job Standards:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Work is generally performed in an office environment
• Exposure to a laboratory environment is expected
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
• Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals
