About this Role

In this role, you will design and refine tools to support software development across mobile and in-vehicle platforms, covering the entire lifecycle from development to testing and deployment. Youโ€™ll work on internal CI/CD platforms for mobile applications, ensuring seamless automation, scalability, and efficiency. Additionally, you will support backend teams by addressing infrastructure needs, enabling smooth integration between services and development workflows. You can experiment with emerging technologies, optimize workflows, and solve real-world problems, directly impacting the developer experience and product delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and maintain fast, secure, and reliable CI/CD systems. Continuously improve build pipelines, infrastructure, and developer experience across mobile, backend, and in-vehicle teams.
  • Implement automation, refine infrastructure, and explore new technologies to streamline builds, deployments, and hardware-software integrations.
  • Lead efforts in cloud infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and securityโ€”ensuring systems are scalable, cost-efficient, and compliant with best practices.
  • Work closely with engineers and help build a team focused on cloud services, developer tools, and hardware test bench development.
  • Create clear documentation, participate in incident response and postmortems, and drive continuous improvements in tooling, infrastructure, and security processes.
Requirements
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, OpenTofu, Puppet, Chef, FluxCD); and configuration management (Ansible).
  • Skilled in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Nomad.
  • Strong knowledge of GIT
  • Proficient with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Datadog.
  • Kotlin, Rust, Python, Ruby, and Shell scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

$175,000 - $219,000 a year

This is the position's total compensation package including the company's bonus structure. This position also comes with full benefits. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors.
