Job Description:

  1. Provide technical leadership and oversee the daily mobile engineering operations
  2. Define and drive the mobile architecture strategy aligned with business goals
  3. Lead the design and development of scalable highperformance mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
  4. Architect modular reusable component systems and scalable state management solutions Redux Zustand Context API etc
  5. Design clean navigation deep linking and mobile routing strategies React Navigation Expo Router
  6. Implement secure authentication flows OAuthOIDC biometrics secure storage token lifecycle management
  7. Drive native module integrations Swift Kotlin for SDKs such as payments fraud detection analytics push notifications and device security
  8. Optimize mobile performance startup time bundle size memory usage rendering performance offline caching
  9. Establish CICD pipelines for mobile Fastlane EAS Build App Store Connect Google Play Console
  10. Lead app release management versioning strategy and store compliance
  11. Ensure adherence to mobile security best practices privacy compliance and accessibility standards
  12. Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and optimize mobilebackend interactions

  4. Experience integrating native iOS Swift and Android Kotlin modules into React Native apps
  5. Strong understanding of app lifecycle memory management threading and performance tuning
  6. Experience implementing push notifications deep linking analytics SDKs and mobile security frameworks
  7. Familiarity with authentication flows OIDC PKCE secure token handling
  8. Experience with API integrations REST GraphQL and handling network resiliencyofflinefirst design
  9. Strong understanding of mobile DevOps CICD and release governance
  10. Experience collaborating in Agile environments and influencing crossfunctional stakeholders
  11. Ability to balance handson development with strategic architectural leadership
  12. Basic Qualifications
  13. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  14. 10 years of software development experience
  15. 6 years of handson mobile development experience
  16. 4 years leading React Native applications in production environments
  17. Proven experience delivering apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  18. Experience working with cloudbased backends Azure AWS or GCP
  19. Strong experience with CICD pipelines automated testing and DevOps best practices
  20. Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction
  21. Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make strategic architectural decisions balancing business and technical needs
