Job description

We are looking for an amazingfull-time Delivery Driver to join our team and we want to get to know YOU!

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate transportation of company products between company facilities, licensed dispensary locations, and approved vendor partners. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations.

You are an ideal candidate if you are a responsible driver, dependable, customer service-oriented, diligent, and adaptable. You should be thorough in ensuring deliveries are completed accurately, committed to safety and compliance, and take pride in providing exceptional service to our dispensary and vendor partners.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour/depending on experience

Anticipated Schedule: 9:00am to 5:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday

Required Duties:

  • Use company vehicle to complete delivery and pick-up of company products promptly and accurately
  • Ensure all orders are accounted for and logs of packages delivered are maintained
  • Transfer returned/rejected product back to the location
  • Load, unload and stack products with customers/vendors in a friendly courteous manner
  • Utilize smartphone applications to navigate and deliver assigned orders quickly, accurately, and safely
  • Follow standard operating policy and safety procedures
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Communicate frequently with dispatcher

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to be in a car/drive for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to occasionally lift items not to exceed 30 pounds

Other Misc. Requirements:

  • Must have a Valid California Driver's license and a clean driving record
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
  • Effective team player with ability to work independently
  • Understanding of how the cannabis market works in California is a plus
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States

Other Details:

  • Approximately once every 2 months an overnight trip to the LA area may be required.
