Client Description
Remote in either Washington, DC As a Sr. Mobile Developer (Cross-Platform), you will design, build, and sustain secure iOS and Android applications to deliver mission-critical mobile capabilities for federal stakeholders. Our engineering team builds and operates high-security mobile solutions for a highly visible government customer. You will contribute immediately within an Agile delivery model, collaborate with security and backend teams, and drive disciplined execution in a classified environment. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with an active Secret clearance. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Salary: $180,000 - $220,000/ yr. w2 JN -072026-107687 Responsibilities
Use cross-platform mobile frameworks and native iOS/Android technologies to design, develop, test, and maintain secure mobile applications.
Apply secure coding practices aligned with RMF, STIGs, and secure SDLC standards.
Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, enterprise services, and identity and access management solutions.
Support Mobile Device Management integrations, including Samsung Knox and VMware AirWatch.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint execution to deliver mission-critical capabilities.
Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to teammates and leadership.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-security environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence across the team. Experience Requirements
Active Secret security clearance or higher.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Certification meeting DoD 8140 (e.g., Security+ or higher).
5+ years of professional development of cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Experience maintaining, integrating, optimizing, and debugging mobile applications in operational environments. Experience implementing secure mobile application architectures, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Experience integrating mobile applications with enterprise services and REST APIs.
Experience supporting mobile device management and secure enterprise mobile deployments.
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical environment.
