Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Medicine (DOT Physicals)
Target Start Date: February 2, 2026
Contract Length: Short‑term PRN assignment (2 confirmed dates) (potential ongoing need)
Openings: 1 Nurse Practitioner
Schedule
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (no call)**
Shift Structure:
Day shifts on the following confirmed dates:
Monday, February 2, 2026 — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Wednesday, February 4, 2026 — 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Additional Notes:
Expected patient volume: 7–15 DOT physicals on Monday; slightly fewer on Wednesday
DOT physicals must be completed using the clinic’s software (approx. 30‑minute training)
Provider must already have credentialing on file with the agency
PRN/per‑diem style assignment
EMR: Not specified
