Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 10
Experience: Minimum of 18 months RN experience before travel assignments required; 2 years preferred.
License: Active RN License
Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS Required
Must-Have: Proficiency with Balloon pump, Impella, Atherectomy devices, cardiac medication drips, and emergency medications.
Description:
Proficiency in the use of balloon pump and Impella devices is required.
Experience with atherectomy devices and cardiac medication drips is essential.
Emergency medication knowledge is necessary.
STEMI experience is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months RN experience before travel assignments, with 2 years preferred.
First-time travelers are accepted.
All RTO must be included at the time of submission.
On-call requirement includes evening and weekend shifts.
Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized once confirmed for an assignment.
The traveler should be aware that there is a strict do-not-call-in policy, and the facility is smoke-free.
The clinician will float within the scope to meet facility needs.
Travelers will be expected to pass EKG and pharmacology tests during orientation.
Study materials will be provided prior to the start.
Modules are required to be completed before starting, and annual updates vary by specialty.
