Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Speciality Clinic RN, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.
Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.

  • Monitor the patient flow throughout the clinic areas.
  • Assist Practice Manager or Healthcare Provider with clinical staffing issue within department and/or related to other departments.
  • Delegate tasks to clinical staff and create the clinical staff schedules as requested.
  • Facilitate training and orientation to the clinical staff members.
  • Assess and triage patients for appropriate department within the clinic.
  • Accurately obtain health history and rectifies medications.
