Job description

The position will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement projects associated with a portfolio of 200+ multifamily apartments and 36,000 SF of commercial space located in intown Atlanta, GA.
 
Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coordinate and complete all maintenance work orders and improvement projects 
  • Communicate with Property Manager, 3rd party providers and Tenants to insure work orders are completed efficiently
  • Document and track all costs and time associated with work orders and improvement projects and input into property management software
  • Maintain building supplies through inventory management system using property management software

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Maintenance Tech / Building Engineer or related construction experience
  • Must be HVAC certified
  • Plumbing and Electrical experience required
  • Must have apartment experience, commercial experience preferred
  • Technologically savvy with strong computer and mobile skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Independent self-starter 
  • Hospitality mindset with a great bedside manner
