Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer for Uline’s Internet team, you’ll use Playwright to develop automated tests, frameworks and scripts to ensure high quality applications and reliable performance for our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API and mobile applications using Playwright.

  • Work with teams to define best practices and create test cases that improve reliability and performance.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and feedback.

  • Execute and track automated and manual tests, working with developers to troubleshoot issues.

  • Document and communicate automation frameworks and test results, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

  • 4+ years of scripting in QA Automation Engineering with 2+ years of experience with Playwright.

  • Experience programming with a modern language such as JavaScript and Typescript.

  • Foundational understanding of SQL, API testing, GIT and Agile.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tool.
