Job description

This position is for a full-time mobile developer at Hardin Design & Development. We are a medium sized software and development firm that operates with an easy-going attitude with a great view of the lake. We would like a self-motivated individual who is passionate about technology and who is interested in learning new skills to join our team.

The java developer will be responsible for working with rich internet applications and mobile applications, both Android and iOS. New clients may be start-ups or existing Fortune 500 companies. Previous clients include Mercedes, Toyota, Coleman Campers and FedEx.

Candidates should have previous industry experience and have strong understanding of Object-oriented programming (with C, Java, etc), and experience with server side languages (PHP, etc) and database management (MySQL). Good communication and multitasking skills are also mandatory. Experience with Adobe FLEX, Adobe AIR, and/or Flash is a huge plus.

Candidate is expected to work normal business hours (10 am to 6 pm, Monday- Friday) from our Madison headquarters located just blocks from the Capitol Square and State Street.
