Job Duties and Responsibilities
Must live in greater Providence or Southern MA area
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Optimization of store-level sales performance through daily on-site coaching and side-by-side selling with sales representatives
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales quotas by collaborating with store owners to implement rigorous performance plans
  • Maintenance of brand integrity through the inspection and execution of localized marketing campaigns and merchandising standards
  • Resolution of retail escalations and customer issues as the primary point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Expansion of the regional footprint by leveraging local market knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new distribution points
  • Utilization of AI-powered sales analytics to identify performance trends and provide data-backed counseling to retail partners

    • 1 year of experience selling wireless products or services
    • 3 years in training, relationship development, or business management
    • 3 years of active driving history with a valid driver's license and compliance with safety policies
    • Experience managing contract or vendor relationships
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred

**Position includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals above base salary**
