Job Description Actively codes and has strong expertise in native Android and iOS, with React Native experience being a plus.

Hands-on coding experience - Must be actively coding, not just managing teams.

Strong Native development expertise - Solid experience in both:

  • Android (Kotlin/Java) - Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack, and Play Store guidelines.

  • iOS (Swift/Objective-C) - Deep understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, and App Store policies.

React Native proficiency - Experience with the React Native framework, including performance optimization, debugging, and third-party integrations.

Mobile architecture knowledge - Experience in modular design, state management (Redux/MobX), and bridging native modules in React Native.

CI/CD and DevOps awareness - Experience with automated testing, Git workflows, and release pipelines for mobile apps.

Performance tuning and debugging - Ability to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and UI lag across platforms.

API & Backend familiarity - Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, NodeJS, Firebase, and backend services integration.

Agile mindset & problem-solving skills - Comfortable working in an Agile setup and able to identify ways to improve development efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in mobile development.

  • Experience with native modules or migrating apps from native to React Native.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product and backend teams.
