Job description

 Busy, Full Service Auto Spa and Mobil 1 Lube Express located in South Plainfield, NJ is in need of a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Automotive Lube Technician team member with 1-year minimum experience in automotive services. The ideal candidate will be responsible and on time, energetic, hardworking and with a strong focus on reviewing, selling/offering services to customers while providing a pleasant Customer Service experience to all patrons.

Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities -

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to automotive preventative maintenance

·         Changing oil and filters (other maintenance related fluids and filters)

·         Transmission fluid

·         Coolant fluid

·         Gear box / Differential

Other services may include but are not limited to:

·         Wiper blade replacement

·         Light bulbs

·         Headlight replacement

·         Tire rotations and other minor tire repairs

The perfect candidate must have the following:

·         Ability to perform upper and lower bay positions

·         Sales experience

·         Positive work attitude

·         Flexible and Customer Service minded

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Work Schedule and Compensation –

·         Thursday through Tuesday (Wednesdays Off)

·         Week days & Saturday – 8am to 6pm

·         Sundays – 8am to 5pm

·         Hourly Rate + OT + Commission
