Job description

Gastroenterologist Shareholder Track-IBD Focus

Reports to:ย Site Medical Director

Location:ย Eagan

FLSA Status:ย ย Exempt

MNGI Digestive Health (MNGI) is a physician-owned, independent gastroenterology practice based in the Twin Cities, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of GI issues and disorders in adults and children.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist with a focus in IBD (adults) to join our collaborative and innovative care team.

Position Overview:

  • Shareholder Track โ€“ 2-year path to shareholder status
  • Full-Time, Benefit Eligible
  • Mondayโ€“Friday Schedule with hospital coverage and on-call rotations
  • In-person role with access to cutting-edge technologies and subspecialty collaboration.
  • Opportunity to dedicate 50% to 70% of clinical practice to IBD care.
  • Balanced mix of outpatient, virtual, inpatient, and procedural work.
  • Call schedule of approximately 1:10 weekends and 1:20 weekdays.

**This position may be available as Ambulatory GI Physician position upon applicant requestย

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

  • Must meet credentialing/privileging criteria
  • J-1 Visa sponsorship not available

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting salary range: $400,000โ€“$550,000 annually
    (Exact salary based on experience, education and performance)
