Your responsibilities as a medication nursing assistant (MNA) are to administer routine medication and assist with patient care. Your duties require you to have direct patient contact, and you monitor for any changes in patient behavior or general health. You verify the medication and dosage before giving it to the patient, but you are not allowed to change the drug. You must follow all orders accurately, including the time of day you give the medication. You also confirm that the patient has actually taken the pill and report any unusual side effects. Additional tasks including hygiene care, assisting with meals, and other nurse related activities when you are not preparing or dispensing medication.

Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling software, and familiarity with databases like Bloomberg or Capital IQ is essential, and certifications such as CFA can be advantageous. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities help you present findings and collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively. Leveraging your expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining complex transaction documents, you will evaluate AI-generated legal work, contribute to the development of high-quality training data, and help improve how AI systems interpret contract language, identify transactional risks, and support legal decision-making.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform simulated M&A contract negotiations and redlining exercises across a variety of transaction documents.
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to M&A-related legal scenarios, providing detailed feedback to improve model accuracy and legal reasoning.
  • Develop structured evaluation frameworks, scoring rubrics, and quality standards for assessing AI performance on transactional legal tasks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary product, research, and engineering teams to refine AI training datasets, legal guidelines, and best practices.
  • Apply practical legal judgment to identify contractual risks, negotiation strategies, and drafting improvements within complex M&A agreements.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to enhance AI systems designed for transactional law, contract review, and legal analysis.

  • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice group of a corporate law firm.
  • Strong familiarity with standard M&A transaction documents, including Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs) and Stock Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with the capability to translate legal expertise into structured, actionable feedback.
  • Demonstrated interest in legal innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with AI, legal technology platforms, or AI training and evaluation projects.
  • Experience advising private equity firms or participating in private equity transactions.
  • Familiarity with legal operations, contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, or enterprise legal technology solutions.
