Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Field Reimbursement Manager opportunities in Minneapolis, MN or Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

· Serve as the primary reimbursement resource for healthcare providers and manufacturer partners.

· Support benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, and appeals resolution.

· Educate provider offices on Medicare, commercial insurance, payer policies, and available support services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices and manufacturer stakeholders.

· Collaborate with internal hub teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.

· Conduct site visits, provider education sessions, and manufacturer-sponsored trainings.

· Provide reimbursement guidance and communicate benefit investigation outcomes and status updates.

· Manage territory activities, account coordination, and project execution to meet client objectives.

· Document and track all field activities within the CRM system.

· Operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and travel requirements.

Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

· Minimum 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience.

· Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims processing, and appeals.

· Experience with Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and specialty drug therapies (e.g., oncology, dermatology).

· Project management and account management experience preferred.

· Proven presentation, training, and customer service skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a changing environment.

· Proficiency with CRM systems, PowerPoint, and web-based meeting platforms.

· Previous field reimbursement and specialty pharmacy experience preferred.

· Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Pay Details: $55.76 per hour
