Job Duration: up to 2 years

Job Schedule: 55-66 hours weekly

Rate: $58-$65/hour depending on experience
Per Diem: $1,050 per week if all qualifications are met.


The Construction Manager’s role includes directing daily field operations, supervising construction execution, manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, and installation quality while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and Client communication for all field‑related activities.
Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary Client point of contact for construction and work planning matters.
  • Direct daily field operations and supervision teams
  • Implement site safety and quality programs
  • Manage installation sequencing and production planning
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
  • Lead daily/weekly field coordination meetings
  • Remove constraints impacting productivity
  • Ensure installations meet design intent and standards
  • Ensures Project Superintendents and Field Superintendents have adequate personnel, material, and resources to meet schedule milestones.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Safety departments on upcoming work plan to ensure all scope requirements are met, hazards assessments are performed, and overall improve the efficiency of installation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum of four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10–15+ years field construction experience
  • 5+ years leading large industrial electrical field teams
  • Strong background in manpower planning, trade coordination, sequencing, and constraint removal
  • Experienced in deploying the last planner system and work package construction
  • Must understand lookahead planning, whiteboard management, and field execution strategy
  • Must have ability to read blueprints, drawings, technical manuals and based on them, perform necessary operations for the installation and/or repair of equipment
