Medical Doctors Only Apply. A Internal Medicine Physician General Internist practice is seeking a qualified physician for MI. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. CompHealth is currently assisting a health system in Michigan with their search for a CMO. Play a key role in building and maintaining relationships between hospital management and the medical staff, recruit new physicians, collaborate with administration, and lead in clinical transformation efforts to improve quality care. Candidates with an MD or DO degree, a completed residency training in a recognized specialty, and a board certification in the specialty of training and management (MBA, MHA, MMM, MPH) degree or equivalent experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing, developing, and mentoring physicians, as well as, being highly motivated in the areas of quality improvement and clinical transformation, with proven expertise in multiple aspects of healthcare such as quality assessment, peer review, delineation of clinical privileges, outcomes research, clinical profiling, evidence-based medicine, and service quality.
